Anyone know a good photographer in the western 'burbs?

I don't frequent the Nest/Bump much anymore, but I'm hoping you ladies can help me out. I want to get some pics done of LO for her one-year. I would like to use someone that will do some outdoor shots so we aren't limited to a studio. But I also don't want to spend a fortune (<$125), so I'm more than willing to use someone just starting out or a student trying to build a portfolio. We're out in West Chicago, but would be willing to go to someone within 10-15 miles or so. Any suggestions?

My wedding photographer runs the studio and I believe they also do outdoor shoots (I had contacted him for a TTD session and he said he would do outdoor shots). His name is Dave and the studio is Cabernet Studio at Essence. The office is by Woodfield Mall.
