Intro
Hey guys! I posted to Jaye #1 over the weekend but I thought I'd introduce myself. I am now Jaye #2 (anyone else watch "Scrubs" and now have the "Hi #2" line stuck in their head?), I currently live in San Diego but my husband and I are separating and next Monday I am driving to Wisconsin with my dog to live in a cabin in the middle of the woods for three months. It's sort of my temporary escape from life. In September I have decided to move to Phoenix. I have some friends there and appreciate how affordable it is there (compared to SoCal!) and am very excited to call it my new home! I believe I'm going to be living in Glendale to start but hope to buy a place within the next year.
So... a bit more about me! I have the one profession you are not allowed to talk about on these boards and I also run an eco-living blog. I also like to work with kids and animals and until last year I worked as an educator at an animal center here in SD, so I'm hoping to maybe get a PT job in the same field if anyone knows of any leads for me. 
I enjoy knitting, sewing, and doing other such crafts. My claim to fame is appearing in about 40 episodes of the TV show "Veronica Mars" in seasons 2 and 3.
Hopefully I'll get a chance to meet some of you when I get there in September, in the meantime I've loved lurking on here and getting to know you ladies over the last couple of weeks and get a small taste of life in the Phoenix area.

And I may just take you up on that yarn store offer when I get there! I usually order online but it's fun to store-shop, too! Though I honestly have not knit in forever... I'm so busy sewing lately I rarely have time.
I'm a photographer. *ssshhhh!* For whatever reason you can say your a doctor or a teacher, but the moment TN/TB/TK finds out you're a photographer you get banned.

We have a few of those forbidden "P" words on this board and so far, they've been pretty safe. I think so long as you are not advertising a shoot here, they are pretty OK! At least on the AZ board... haha!

I'm really looking forward to you moving down here. I think it should be a requirement for all Jaye's to be friends, or maybe just the ones that have a lot of similarities.
