Rec your allergist/asthma doc...
I've been training to run a 5K and am just now ending week 5 of the couch to 5k...I took myself off my asthma medication about a year ago because I hated the idea of using steroids everyday. I still use my rescue inhaler, especially when I run. I've been taking apple cider vinegar daily and I really think it's helped!, but I just want to touch base with an asthma doc and make sure I'm not killing my lungs.
Does anyone have one they can recommend? I'd prefer one that isn't going to just jump to prescribing me a bunch of meds right away.
