at home daycare
I am considering being a SAHM when my baby is born. We will need some type of income so I would like to have a home daycare. I live in Chesapeake, VA. I was wondering how much you pay your at-home daycare person? Or how much you charge if you have one in the Hampton Roads area.

The going rate for Richmond is $150-$200 per week (which includes diapers, wipes and food). I live in the Far West End of Richmond if that helps... the traditional daycares around here charge about $300/week as a comparison.
Not sure how these prices would translate into the Chesapeake area though.
