cleaning list for housekeeper
so we're trying a new housekeeper but she doesnt have a list of what her price includes- you tell her what to do...and I'm drawing a blank or forgetting stuff..
I'm trying to make a schedule (like week one do this, week two do this)
anyone have their cleaning list?

Mine didn't have a list either, and when I didn't have one, she suggested we walk through each room, she would say what she normally does, and then if I had anything extra/additional, we could talk about it and see if it was extra in her mind, or if she could do it. Example, she would normally change our sheets, but we'd rather do that ourselves, so we were able to have her do something else in its place for no extra $.
In the first room, her "standard" cleaning was about 10x more than what I would do, so we left it at her standard stuff. After the 1st cleaning she did call and say it would be $10 more each time because she underestimated the amount of pet hair. Embarrassing.
Ummm tough one.
Dust all dustable things, tables, pictures, tv, things on walls and shelves
Vacuum
Clean baseboards?
sweep
mop
clean?toilet?including around the bottom?
clean shower
mirrors
sinks
washer and dryers should be wiped down
clean all appliances in kitchen
clean light fixtures
clean the stairs and entry way
wash/clean walls 2 times a year?
that is all i have for now?
