how tall are you and what size shoe do you wear? for those who are PG or have had a baby, did your shoe size change when you were PG and did it stay that way after you had baby?
I am 5'3" and wear a size 9, which is a larger size than average given my height (I think). I can still fit all of my old shoes but my flip flops don't fit as well anymore so I think my feet are slightly bigger but not to where I need a different size now or anything....

I'm 5'3" and size 7.
Have never been pregnant so I couldn't tell ya about size changes. But I have to wonder since I had plantar fasicitis...maybe the added weight from carrying a child flattens out your tendon running along the bottom of your foot?
5'8" and wear a 7.5 shoe
I haven't noticed a difference in shoe size width after the PG swelling went down. My feet have always been pretty wide
I am 5' 7". My feet were an 8.5 until PG. The went to a 9 and stayed that way. What?! They grew in LENGTH. My shoes crammed my toes. I know it wasn't a weird shoe thing that I could blame on leather shrinking in humidity. All of my shoes were too small. I came across old pre-PG rollerblades. Too small. Hmm, I don't know what happened. Maybe the PG hormones made my feet grow. I guess it is better than getting longer arms
Newlyweds since 2007
I am 5'11", and I wear a 9.5 or 10. Since being pg, I can still wear the same shoes, but they are more snug at the end of the day.
From what I read, the main reason your feet can spread in pregnancy isn't the weight, it's the relaxin. Your body makes a hormone called relaxin, which helps the ligaments and tendons in your abdomen and pelvic area relax and spread to assist in birth. Unfortunately, your body doesn't discriminate which ligaments and tendons get relaxed.....they kind of all do. So the tendons in your feet relax and spread, too. For some women, this is permanent, and your feet never really recover, but some women do, and their feet go back to normal afterwards.

LOL! I know, I always say "I'm tall" but that may not have anything to do with it
I love Hawaii!
