Roanoke area traffic lawyer?

I got a speeding ticket last month on my way back to NC (79 in a 60). This is my first ticket, and I'm trying to figure out if I should fight it, etc. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good traffic attorney in the Roanoke area....I have a 5 month old and work full time so there is no way that I can be there to fight it. Thanks so much!!

Re: Roanoke area traffic lawyer?

  • YES you should fight it. You need to find a way to take off of work for court. They will drop the ticket and let you take DIP class. You don't need a lawyer for this and I would consider it to be a huge waste of money.
