Yay! Got a community garden plot!!!

My work is starting a community garden this year, and we were on the wait list for a plot, but just found out we got on! It's a small 5x5, but we also built a raised bed at my IL's, so between the two we should be busy! Woohoo!!

  • Yay! Congrats!

We love ours. It's fun talking to the retired guy who is an expert in potatoes or the lady who knows all about pruning fruit trees or the bean lady.

  • So jealousE!  I'm going to tell Jeff to have his employer start one up.  Wink
  • Oh good Lord.  Apparently some of the other campuses around here might have them.  Indifferent  Husband is in serious trouble right now, especially if I'm allowed to go on campus with him for gardening purposes.  Stick out tongue

Well tell Jeff to get on it and get you a plot! I'm super excited about it!
