DS lost his Sprint and Verizon phones, so we decided to get him a cheap Virgin Phone. We purchased it online and it never came so we purchased one at Walmart and activated it. We told VIRGIN the problem about the phone we purchased online not coming and Paid for with the CCard. Once we could get someone who could understand english, they sent another phone out. WITH NO CHARGER. So we called again and they continue to go on and on in broken English about the fact that we need to send in the old phone since the replacement is here...WTFFFFF. so we keep explaining and they can't seem to understand.
SOOO they sent DS a text saying if he doesn't send the phone back they will cut off his service. We paid for both phones at separate times, why should we send them a phone back that we paid for?
Does anyone know how we can get to VIRGIN's Headquarters so we can possibly sue? Any help would be appreciated.
TIA.
Re: Nesties, I need your help with Virgin Mobile
This isn't a matter for suing. You're talking to the frontline support people. Just contact someone higher up and explain, and they'll probably help.
Talk to someone in a store, for starters. If the phone reps aren't good at English talk to someone local.
