As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: DH got a surprise...
...raise!! He works from home, most of his company is remote, and he got a letter yesterday cosigned from the founder and CEO (it's a small company so he reports to them directly) praising him for his work and giving him a 4% raise effective on his next paycheck! Completely out of the blue, he hasn't had a review or anything! They've talked about giving him a promotion if they win a certain contract in October, but this is unrelated. So exciting! Makes all those late nights worth it.
