Any updates on your house sale? I'm not sure if I missed them, but I did see that you're coming here in like 3 weeks. So does that mean good news?

No updates
13 or 14 showings (I've lost count) and no offers. We've had nothing but great feed back. Everyone loves the floorplan, the price is right, but nothing yet. We're offering $6k towards closing now, so maybe that will bring in buyers. One person wanted to put in an offer, but couldn't get financing. 2 others went with new construction. And 3 are still looking but ours is under consideration.
It's sooo stressful, that and we're dealing with some legal things and that's been horrible (not house related). I am coming in 3 weeks though! We are lucky enough that we can afford both a house payment and rent so I'm very thankful for that. We will be staying with my parents through June/August though. Easy since DH will be gone at least 3 weeks a month through the summer.
I'm so excited to be moving back and that I already have a job up there. Those were the main things.
