Your pics of the new salon look great! I may have missed this post, but are you on your own there? How're you feeling about the whole thing?

And, because I definitely didn't say this on FB - congrats of the walk! I'm so impressed by your training! Smile

Re: **Amy**

  • Thanks Alyson!  I'm so glad I popped over here to see this post because I haven't been here at all this week.  The Walk was good - very different from the one in San Francisco last year, but still a positive experience.

Yes, I am on my own in a new salon and am so excited about it.  Scared out of my mind, but very excited.  It's so nice to have my own space where no one can affect my client's experience except me.  I have such mixed emotions, but overall I am thrilled.  It's a very unique concept having 29 'mini' salons in one building....one I wish I'd thought of!  You get the interaction with all of the other owners and clients that are in the building, but you also have the ability to close your door when you're with a client and really have one-on-one time.  This was my first week there so there is a lot of getting used to where things are, how the equipment works, etc, but so far so good!

     Thanks so much for asking!
