Drying laundry outside & allergies

I think I have allergies this year.  I only started getting what I think are seasonal allergies within the last few years (I'm guessing it has to do with that I had the kids, but who knows).

Anyway, do you think hanging the clothes outside when pollen counts / allergen counts are super high?  I have never had allergies like this so I have no idea.  FYI - it is super windy here in NY the last few days, including today, so it is stirring up all the pollen.

Re: Drying laundry outside & allergies

  • I moved into a house that has no place to put a clothesline so I've been drying everything in the dryer. My seasonal allergies are barely bothering me this year, insanely high pollen counts and all. Drying indoors may help, it may not, but it's at least worth a try.

  • I wouldn't do it, because it would probably aggravate your allergies. If you can, I'd dry them inside.
