Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Question for iPhone users

I'm having issues with my email through my phone. I'm having to delete the same emails over and over and over again.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

  • Have you turned your phone off then back on? Sometimes that resolves glitchy problems like that.

  • It's actually a good idea to let your phone's battery die every so often. I also like to shut it down completely once a day for a while. That lets it reboot a bit.

    You should do those things no matter the phone :)
