Spent all day yesterday at Dutch Wonderland (outdoors) - but don't know how much nature it really involved since it is an amusement park.
But the kids play outside almost every day when it is nice/light outside - and so one or both of us are out there too.

Mastermind, The Game of Life, Four Square, and Spud
5. If you could pick a new name for yourself who would you be?
I have no idea. I have a list of names I really like - but I am not sure any of them fit me. Good thing I am not trans and have to choose a new name for myself, huh?
6. Go to the movies often?
Not really - you know those kids get in the way. But more than likely, when we have a date night, it involves a movie since L LOVES going to the movies.
7. Which do you do most often - call, text, or email?
Call. I typically only e-mail L dates of things that she needs to put in her calender. I never text unless someone else texts me and I need to reply.
8. Any summer vacations planned?
Not really. My parents are coming in 2 weeks and L's parents are coming the end of June. We might go to my parents at the end of the summer since I am not sure we'll be able to go in the fall due to the kids school schedule. But I don't consider any of that a vacation!

I'm getting it this month but I was sooooo into dance in highschool that it took up all of my time so that i didn't have time for driver's ed. Right after Highschool I moved to NYC and didn't need a car sooo...

5. If you could pick a new name for yourself who would you be? I don't know. I went by my middle name a lot of my life - but I don't really like it. My parents never agreed on my name - my dad named me and to this day my mom always hears names and says " I should have named you THAT" so I guess I already have name issues so I guess I will stick with what I have. Wow was that rambling.

I'd love a new last name...but that's more about wanting a name that's tied to the women in my family, rather than men. We all have names connected to men who were totals dicks.

Every couple of weeks, usually. I used to go every weekend when I lived in Kansas, but there is more to do and it's more of a pain here.

Jen is going to San Diego on business the last week of June, and I'm joining her out there for the long weekend (4th of July). We're also going to Philly for a triathlon and I'm going to visit my brother in NYC a few times, but that's not really vacation. We had planned to go on a cruise in September, but San Diego ended up being more expensive than anticipated so that is on the "maybe" list now.

Buying fashion magazines and cutting out the clothes I want to own. Considering the size of my yearly clothing budget, this is more torturous than helpful
