So how was your weekend?
I hope everyone had a great time, especially those mother's out there. I hope your hubbies and children made it a great day for you all. Anyone do anything fun?

Mine was good, but not long enough.
I went to go see Babies yesterday with my Mum. It was adorable!
Weekend was ok, but not great. Saturday DH spent half the day playing disc golf, then I went shopping, stopped by Tays for a minute, came home had a beer and went to bed.
Sunday, I slept in, kind of. Didn't work out so well. Then DH went to get me starbucks, and my mommy day card (he does this for every "holiday") and we sat around all day. The big baseball game started at 5, I didn't want to watch it, but we had to. He went and got Red Robin pick up, we ate dinner, had a beer, called his mom, and then he said we were gonna lay in bed. So DS was in his crib playing, and DH actually fell asleep. So I had to get up, put the baby to sleep. Which didn't happen until 11:30, I finally fell asleep at midnight, and then woke up about every half hour. DS got up around 4, and I was ANGRY. Apparently DH heard us cause he finally came in the living room and directed me towards the bed, so I went back to sleep.
Sorry, that was longer than I thought it would be!! I just wasn;t happy cause it was mommy day and he was supposed to do the bed time routine.

It was good, DH and I watched faith like potatoes on Friday night
Saturday we did stuff around the house and then went to the D-backs game while some friends watched Lucy girl.
Then yesterday DH made breakfast and lunch and got me a card and some candy. And for mothers day Lucy STTN from 8pm-6am!
Our weekend was pretty good. We spent Saturday morning with DH's brother and SIL, they were christening their little one. So had BBQ afterwards with tons of good food. We then went down to my mom's that evening to spend the rest of the weekend with her. Enjoyed more good food all weekend. Got to see my dad as he came to do some repair work at my mom's house and told him, DH and I are expecting our first. He seemed pretty excited, albeit surprised. Enjoyed watching the basketball game. go suns! The only downfall was the bad head cold I have been struggling with all weekend, so now I'm in bed, going through boxes of kleenex. hoping to be better by Tuesday or at least the weekend when I go back to work. grrr!

We had a pretty good weekend. We were supposed to do Olive Garden on Saturday, but Will woke up late from his nap so then we got to Shan's late and left late that I did not want to be eating dinner at 10PM so we had BK... LoL... ewww
Yesterday, I "slept" in (really I watched TV in bed) and then Carl took the boys to get me an Egg McMuffin from McD's (my favorite... i dont get them very often at all). When they got home, I curled up under the blankets and pretended to be sleeping. Will came running in with a bag in hand saying "mama mama bite bite" and jumped on the bed and gave me the bag. Then he opened it and took out my hashbrown and ate it all, haha! I wish we would have had it on video.
Carl got me a gift card to get my hair cut and colored. So that will work nicely with the gift card for mani/pedi/waxing that he got me for our anniversary a few days earlier... Overall, a mostly good weekend!
I had a great weekend! Friday night we watched "up in the air" which seriously made me cry- not because of the movie but because 1) I travel so much and it's SO true, and 2) the idea of having to lay people off- which hopefully won't be an issue at all, but it was fresh in my mind, and we went to the gym and relaxed in the hot tub. Saturday I did some cleaning in the morning, then went out with my mom for mani/pedi's and shopping. Sunday was suppose to be my cousins first communion, but on Saturday the lady realized she scheduled it for Mother's day, and moved it to next weekend... so we just went to church and relaxed at home. I had a presentation to work on to show off my "mad" excel skills, and we also went to the gym again.

I want to see that movie. Its on our Netflix list.

My job started on Friday, so I worked all weekend. All I can say is the producer is psycho! Psycho! I may not make it through without rolling my eyes at her...
