Tay, i didn't even think about putting sausage in it! What! When i make lasagne I always mix ground beef and sausage i wonder if that would be good here.let me know what you think.

I found this super cute menu planner magnet thing that has a little shopping list section on one side at Michael's for $1.00 a couple months back! i love the menu part but i usually print my grocery list off the computer

I was going to make those today also with some ground turkey....but my peppers are already crappy. I'm not very happy with this basket!
I might have to try that next time i make them i don't have any sausage defrosted today! that way i can see the difference too between just beef and then the combo
This is me too, I just had to text DH to take the chicken out. I know the day of or before. I dont like menu planning. Doesnt work for me.

Ditto this. I cook according to what I feel like eating when I get home, unless I'm absolutely craving something in particular. So, I won't know what's for dinner until I get home.
Mmm... stuffed peppers.. YUM! I love making those. Carl doesnt like peppers at all, so I only make them when he is gone. Next time he goes to Dallas it is going to be just Will and I so i'll probably make 3 nights worth, haha!
Tonight, we're having this chicken casserole thing. Cut up chicken mixed in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and mixed veggies. Topped with Stuffing. Oh and cranberry sauce too.... YUM!
