I was reading your 101 in 1001 and I just have to say that you NEED to do the homemade ice cream one!  I make it every summer with my campers using the rock salt in the sandwich bag version and it is SOOOOOO good!  I highly recommend trying it out this summer!  The only down side is, once you try it and realize how delicious it is, you won't want store bought anymore! 

Here's the recipe I use. I really love that there are only 3 ingredients!

I've actually done a version of that! 

When I was younger we would do "kick-the-can ice cream" So subing coffee cans for the plastic bags.  Then you just play soccer with it for awhile.  It was always great ice cream! 

Maybe I'll have to try your way to hit my goal

We used to do that too when I was in girl scouts--loved it!

Nope, you use a small coffee can inside a large coffee can  

 It's really fun
