I know that many people in Goffstown go to the Benedictine Park in Bedford (on Wallace Road), but that is not a dog park, per se. As a matter of fact, Bedford residents have been arguing about more stringent leash laws and that people should keep their dogs on leash at all times. This was stemming from complaints of off-leash dogs jumping on kids playing at the park. (The park does not have a playground, it is a giant open field/hill). I think you can run your dog off leash if no one else is there.
I don't believe that Manchester has a designated dog park. You should check with the Parks & Rec dept.
