Help w/referrals for a Realtor??
Hi, I usually post on a few other boards and new to this one. My husband and I live in Michigan and were looking to buy a condo in Florida for a vacation home... I am completely lost with trying to find a realtor and would rather go off of a referral. Does anyone have any good referrals for realtors that has experience dealing with Short sales and foreclosures? I am coming out there this summer to check out the neighborhoods to see what areas I like, and would like to be dealing with someone by the time I get out there.

My sister just used a Realtor for a short sale or foreclosure and she liked her a lot. Another Realtor she tried practically refused to show her some properties that were short sales in the area. My sister's Realtor works in the South Orlando area that is really close to Kissimme. That area is like 10-15 minutes from Disney.

We just got the final confirmation TODAY on the short sale we have been trying to buy for 6 months so I would absolutely recommend my realtor:)! She has sent me so much stuff, called me at all times of the day and night, submitted offer after offer on dozens of homes and never once made me feel like a PITA.
She has a website that is constantly being updated so you can check whatever short sale/foreclosure you are interested in. And she has been in business for years and years so she really knows how to handle short sales and foreclosures.
