Ok...since I created the poll I better answer it. Being still relatively new to PDX, I still have a TON of places left to try, so I'll do my best in answering.

Burgers: Helvetia Tavern
Italian:
Terriyaki: Totally looking for a good rec. My DH lived in Seattle and said they had the best Terriyaki places, but we don't know a good place here yet.
Sushi: I don't like fish (but figured others might, so I kept it on here.)
Beer: Deschutes (especially served with their preztel with white cheddar/mustard dip. O.M.G.)
Happy Hour: Red Star

**Keep in mind that I'm choosing the best that I've had since we've moved here. And most of them are ones that will deliver from d-dish.com, because we usually try new places via delivery when we don't feel like cooking.
