As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm so crushed - re losing my best staffer
My star staff person is leaving. She has been here for 4 years and it's outstanding. And I adore her. But I can't blame her for leaving. She's going to make tons more and I am positive we can't match it.
I just lost my other admin last month bc she wants to be a nurse and her new job paid much more AND paid for tuition AND was in a hospital.
I don't know what I'm going to do.
Just had to vent.

You would think in this economy losing star players wouldn't really happen, but at my job, there has been a COMPLETE turnover - as in everyone but the boss has left and been replaced - including me. When my boss started asking me to do illegal stuff with his books because he was going out of business, I jumped ship, too. It has been crazy, but I'm glad I did it. No chance you're looking for an office manager or marketing person, is there? LOL
