omg, seriously.  last night, i was about to scream - i would uncheck all the email boxes (which, i'd like to point out, violate all sorts of user experience rules by being default checked, even though i'm not already opted-in - that's really horrible!), click submit, and it would refresh the page - so i'd try again...uncheck, uncheck, uncheck, uncheck, submit - refresh.  it wouldn't let me post!  i was about to get really pissed, thinking it might let me submit if i left one email checkbox - but it still didn't, which was good or i would have had steam coming out of my ears.  just a stupid bug.
