I was thinking about doing my own Fryday for my Birthday next weekend.
May I ask what type of batter did you using in frying the yummies?

The hosts bought a store bought batter for most of the items - I can't remember the specific brand name though.
For my items, the batter was actually a part of the individual recipe. The recipes I used were:

We used that Hush Puppy Batter to cover other items of food for increased awesomeness.

I will advise that you look up a specific batter for any chocolate candy items - using the same batter we used for the veggies and such turned out to be an epic fail.
