How can I keep critters out of my veggies?
This is the first year that I will be growing anything edible. I'm doing some herbs, grape tomatoes, peppers, strawberries & raspberries. I live in a wooded area where we have groundhogs, raccoons & rabbits. How can I keep them out of my garden & from eating my fruits & veggies? I've read a few articles with tons of ideas but I just wanted to get some input from people who've actually tried them. Thanks so much!

Re: How can I keep critters out of my veggies?
ditto the chickenwire fence, we did not dig ours down though as we have yet to spot a rabbit in our yard since filling the gaps under our fence. Last year we did dig it down though and it kept them out, but we used plastic fencing which they eventually ate through (but not til winter)
this picture shows the fencing, we used metal stakes, 2 x 10 chicken wire, and zip ties to attach it:
