Weekend Plans

Tonight we're having dinner at my grandmother's and then having an OOT friend stop by to see the house.

Tomorrow I need to buy some more things for the house, and then DH and I are going to see "Date Night."

Sunday - laundry and cleaning per usual. Maybe I'll try a new recipe.

Re: Weekend Plans

  • Tonight we're going to see Conan O'Brien (husband's birthday present which we splurged on)

Saturday we're going out to celebrate a friend's birthday at a fun downtown restaurant.  AND he works for the local news, so all the reporters and anchors that I watch on TV will be there and I will be lame and be starstruck.

  • Tonight - Putting T1.11 on our new storage building. Cooking for J and the ILs.

Tomorrow - I have to work till 12, then more work on our building.  My sister wants to stay all night. And my mom's bday is tomorrow. I still haven't got her anything.

Sunday - We were going to do dinner with my parents, but they have a band banquet for my sister, so I don't know what we will do.

  • Tonight, swimming with my tri buddy, and then we're all going out to dinner (us, our Hs and their kiddo).

Tomorrow, I'm going to get my tri packet and attend some "clinics" to get some more info for Sunday. Then it's off to meet with good baby shower co-host to finalize some plans.  Then DH and I have the rest of the day to ourselves. It's his first Saturday off in months!

Sunday, TRI TIME!! Followed by a nap and then maybe dinner using one of the GCs that DH got from the parent of one of his students. The parent thanked him for all the time he spent with the students and said he thought he needed to spend some quality time with his wife! LOL So they bought us a GC for a nice restaurant.

    Busy weekend!

    Mames, Date Night is HIGH-lar-ius!

We have so much time, and so little to do! Strike that, reverse it.

  • Today - Meetings all friggin' day, then home to finish grading and (hopefully) submit final grades for at least one class.

Tomorrow - House Hunting (again) with DH, meeting with H&R Block to figure out how/why they screwed up our state taxes and how they're going to fix it, possibly going out to dinner.

Sunday - Cleaning and get ready for the bachelorette party I'm helping co-host the next weekend.

I know!  I've been walking around for days going "ConAAAan OOOOO  BBBBBRRRRIIIIEEEEENNNN"

Leigha--I am so excited to hear how the triathlon goes!!!

  • Tonight getting a mani/pedi with a friend and then off to dinner.  Pack my bags

Tomorrow waking up at 4:45 to get ready and off to the airport for FL.  Hopefully laying around the pool all afternoon.

    Sunday pool.

  • Good Luck Leigha!!!

Our weekend plans are pretty loose at this point, depends on the weather.  We are hoping to get some work done outside repainting the trim on the house but that won't work if its going to rain like its supposed to.  We also need to get the hallway painted indoors so that might be the rain plan for tomorrow.

I think we may go see a movie tonight or tomorrow too.

  • Nothinng tonight or tomorrow, but Sunday is a fundraiser my pup and I are doing for the local SPCA.  We got our dog from this SPCA a few years back, so its a cause near & dear to us.  Plus the fundraiser is a dog walk, so its win-win in that we get excersize and socialization AND they get the moolah.

  • Other than time in NICU, I am going out with a friend for lunch and whatever else on Sun.  Tomorrow I may try to get some things done around the apt. I'm also itching to do a little shopping so we'll see how it goes.

  • Tonight: Cooking and cleaning, with a side of wine.

Tomorrow: My friends/family from Boston are coming in, so I'll be a tour guide for most of the day. At night I'm throwing Mr. Choo his "One Billion Seconds Old and Counting" party. For those who are unaware, my little nerd calculated the exact day, hour, minute, and second when he'll turn one billion seconds old (roughly around age 31 years, 7 months for non-math people), and we're throwing a huge party at the apartment to celebrate. It is going to be high-larious. People are flying in for it!

Sunday: Recovering what will surely be a massive hangover, then spending the rest of the day in CT with my lovely MIL. Yeah. Sunday ruins my weekend.

  • We don't have many plans and I'm so excited!

Today: hurrying home from work to sit on my couch and watch Tivo till DH gets home. We might go meet up with some of his friends or just hang out alone.

Tomorrow: hopefully sleep in! I have class in the afternoon and then no plans at night.

Sunday: my brother's birthday- not sure if we'll go over to my parents or what. Sunday afternoon I have to go to training to procter the CFA exam.

  • MrsE20MrsE20 member

Tonight - arena football with friends

    Tomorrow - Dinner at Carrabba's (can't wait)

    Sunday - cleaning the apartment

This sounds INCREDIBLE, and I will blame the mail for why the invite got lost :)

  • Tonight: I have class until 5.  I really should code some more transcripts after that, but we'll see.  I know I'm making spaghetti for dinner.

Tomorrow: Going away party for DH's work wife.  He's really sad to see him go, but he (wife) lost his job and so he and his real-life wife are moving across the country to PA.

Sunday: Hopefully farmer's market in the morning.  Then I have loads of work to get done.  The quarter ends mid June, but I have got to start preparing my final papers.

On May 15, 2010 at exactly 6:34pm, Alexandre Edward Mr.Choo will turn ONE BILLION SECONDS OLD. While some choose to ignore this great milestone, we choose to celebrate it. Why? Well, why the helll not. If you need a better answer, there will be booze. Free booze.

Please join us on the upper east side on Saturday, May 15th to eat, drink, and be debaucherous. Remember the RoLex wedding? Yeah. We thought so...

  • Utter fabulousness!
  • Choo - LOVE that idea! So fun.

Mamie - I heard bad things from critics about Date Night, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Tonight I'm dog sitting for a friend's standard poodle puppy, so I'm taking him on a dog date to Starbucks. My husband will be at home studying all night. Tomorrow we have a redneck wedding to attend. Can't wait...

This is awesome... I'm going to have to remember this for when I turn 1 billion seconds old.

  • Tonight, hopefully taking Dill to a park somewhere, he's been crazy energetic lately and is needing a good run. Buying paint and then paint prepping in the dining room and bedroom (patching, sanding, cleaning), then relaxing with K for the rest of the night.

Tomorrow - My cousin is coming to town, we're going to the Lilac Festival (Rochester's biggest yearly festival... super exciting lol) then probably just hanging around & chatting.

Sunday - might do a 2nd coat of paint on our sunroom floor, or possibly start painting in the bedroom or dining room. Then the regular stuff, laundry, food shopping, etc.

  • Tonight we're going grocery shopping.

Tomorrow we're going to visit the ILs as a belated Mother's Day thing. We're going to do some grilled chicken for her so she doesn't have to cook.

Sunday we might go see the new Iron Man and I've gotta get organized for my summer class that starts Monday.

  • Late on this, but...

This morning (Saturday) I went to driving school to attend the defensive driving course I had to take to avoid getting points on my license for speeding. 4 hours in class is no fun, but at least we got out a little early and our teacher was entertaining. Missed the first farmer's market of the season though because of it. I'm super-bummed about that. I may go shopping to get something for our bedroom walls this afternoon, but if I don't I'll just be finishing up baby laundry and putting together the Pack n Play.

Tomorrow, I get my new bike! It's DH's birthday present to me and I absolutely love it. Then more cleaning around the house and packing the hospital bag.
