Well, they work for plants that need warm soil in order to germinate....
for plants that prefer cooler soil to germinate, they don't really work/the plants get leggy.
i know what you're talking about. Those rolls of seeds they sell, right? I thought you meant the warmer thing too at first.
I haven't, but I bought some for a corner of my card I tend to ignore.
