AW: Big Week!
News #1: Yesterday I passed the PMP certification exam (Project Management Professional) which I've been studying for 3 months to take. It's the project management equivalent of the Series 7 or the NCLEX for nurses, if either of those mean anything to you.
I was so elated. Of course, once I finished and clicked "Submit", the computer's processor took TWENTY SECONDS to come back with the answer. Longest 20 seconds of my life.
News #2: Tomorrow I graduate from Xavier with my master's degree in education. My specific area of study is Human Resource Development (training and development). I started grad school 14 years after finishing undergrad and still managed to get back in the swing. It was a great program and I'm so glad I did it.
I'm telling everyone that after all the work for both of the above, if they need me this summer, I'll be working poolside or just hanging out with my graduation gift from my husband (a Kindle) in one hand and a cocktail in the other!
