Plumber recs for Hudson/Nashua?
Okay, so my DH is about to lose his mind - he's been trying to fix our kitchen sink pipes all day long and it's just not working out. He bought a kit to try to solder the copper piping together, but for some reason it's just not working. The whole problem originated with our DIY installation of a water line for our ice maker in the fridge - that started leaking, so now he's just replacing all the pipes under there.. Problem is, there isn't a shut-off valve for this area, so we had to shut off the main valve - meaning, we have no running water right now and I can't do anything!!! no shower, no toilets, it's not good!! It seems like this board is really dead right now, but if anyone is out there, could you recommend your plumber? we were thinking of calling Heritage, anyone ever use them? Any info on rates would be great! Of course being a Sunday and tomorrow a holiday we're probably going to be paying an arm and a leg :-(
Re: Plumber recs for Hudson/Nashua?
We use Paul Jarry - we're in Nashua, but he's based in Hudson. Phone is 883-0707. If no answer there, try 235-7919. He was recommended to us by a neighbor, and he totally bailed us out of an early morning bind earlier this summer (was here within 20 minutes of us calling at 7:00am, the repair was done and he was gone within 45 minutes, and he didn't charge us an arm and a leg for the repairs, when we were fully expecting it!). We hired him to take care of a laundry list of plumbing items since. We've been very pleased with his work - he works with his son, and they're both good guys.
GL!
