CLT property taxes
am i doing this math right? roughly 1.3% of the home's assessed value? i'm finding numbers from 2006 and i don't know if that's the most up to date... i haven't had enough coffee yet.

I've been researching - its 1.2% right now.
ETA: I just realized I don't know what CLT means, and assumed off your UNC-based username that you were talking about chapel hill.. I am probably really wrong, so enlighten me!
We were going to move to Austin until I got a job here with a city this past week... maybe eventually we'll go!
