I'm with you there, text speak, and the abbreviations that folks use on these boards drive me nuts! (nothing against any of you folks) Half the time I don't know who they are talking about! How hard is it to say my husband/wife/child/son/daughter/mom/dad, or mother/father/sibling-in-law. At least then people will know who you are talking about without having to ask for a translation first.
