Did you see 60 minutes
in Green Living
Last night? It was a firsthand account of the cause of the BP spill and how /why it happened. It was infuriating because it was so preventable...they were behind schedule and just kept pushing on to go faster, when there were known mechanical problems with the rig - the annular seal being broken was one of the primary problems. When told that there were chunks of rubber coming out - bp said to keep going, it's fine...
If you didn't catch it, I would look on the 60min website or hulu or something-
