Free Consultation?
Does anyone know of any landscaping companies or nurseries that do free in-home consultations? We are most likely going to need a retaining wall installed and DH feels it would take us too long to do it ourselves, but I don't want to spend the money to pay someone to do it. Therefore I don't want to have to pay for the consultation if we decide not to use them.
