June 2009 Weddings
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Amelia is up to 3 lbs 7 oz. She is doing amazing. She smiled at me for the first time the other day and is definitely showing her personality. Because the request for updates has been a little overwhelming, we have created a Caring Bridge site with photos and updates. It is password protected so if you would like the link and password, please PM me. Sorry for the hassle but just not crazy about lurky lou having access to some of the pics and details of her treatment.

I'm so happy for you! What a little chubbababy...
I survived the RoLex wedding and all I got was this lousy husband.

Glad she's doing well lucky! Seems like she's gaining weight fast, which is great. I'd love to see her, you can email me the info at saltwaterdreamsblog at gmail when you have time!
Thanks!!
Evicted, no. But she will be moving to a hospital closer to home soon. We are thinking by the end of next week. That will be huge because instead of 30-45 min. drive each way, she will be about 5-10 min. away.

CHARTS
She will need to be at least 5lbs because that is the min. weight for most standard car seats. She will have to pass the car seat test (sit for an hour in seat and maintain breathing levels) and she will have to learn to drink from a bottle. She is practicing with her pacifier and that is going very well so hopefully the bottle won't be too hard. I think she has to be able to consistantly drink 2 oz from the bottle if I remember the amount correctly.
Rich is really hoping she comes home by Father's Day and it looks like that may be a possibility (6/20).
