selling a vehicle
I'm selling one of my vehicles tonight and now I realize that I don't know what I do with the license plates. Will the guy get to keep them or will he have temporary tags and I'll keep my plates? I couldn't find the answer online...

i had someone a few years ago not bring their plates with them or a temp tag and they tried to pay me to keep my plates DONT DO THAT. I knew better, but they really thought that they could pull a fast one on me. You might want to send them a message letting them know so you dont have to take more time out of your day to deal with that.
Thanks girls! That's what I figured and the guy who bought it told me to keep them. He's a neighbors son so we parked it in the driveway until he comes back to get it later this week.
Glad to have that off my hands!
