My sister will be 23 in August. She started to date her fiance at the beginning of April but started hanging out with him maybe a month prior. Like I said DH and I were together less than a year when he proposed but I feel like DH and I were in a completely different place in our lives than my sister and her now fiance. I'm trying to be happy for her but I have some definite concerns that go way past just the short time that they have been dating. As of last night I am now a bridesmaid for her July 2011 wedding because even with my concerns I didn't feel like I should say no. For right now I guess I will just keep my mouth shut when I am around my family.

July 2011 is SO far away. A lot can happen in that time...I wouldn't worry about it just yet. Hopefully, if he is Mr.Right for your sister, your feelings will have changed by then, too

This is exactly what I would say. Take the effort to really get to know the guy before you make snap judgements. If your sister sees something wonderful in him, I'm sure you will too, in time.
