Stucco Repairman
Hey girls! I was wondering if any of you had to repair the stucco on your house. Seems like the builders made our houses pretty crappy and a couple of houses have the top of their houses cracked open... Ours is starting to crack, so I'm trying to be proactive.. TIA

We had to have ours done last year. We had water come in our house (TWICE!!!) through the walls because of the crappy stucco job our builder did.
Ours was done by a friend of a friend who owns a construction company, so I don't really have any recs for you. I hope you are able to get it done before the rainy season. Something to also be aware of - get them to dig out the grass around the foundation and go all the way down with the stucco. That wasn't done right on our house in the first place either.
Now, I do have a rec for an AWESOME painter, once you get your stucco done. If you want his info, let me know.
