As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

DH and I are planning on buying another house next year...so we're antsy to start browsing.
Where do you live? Where would you LOVE to live? How important are the school districts...as long as it's in the top 10?
Would you rather buy a new house? Or an older home with updates?
I'd love to hear house buying thoughts! We definitely have learned a lot after buying this house : ) Mostly on what NOT to do.
