Sorry girls...no tuning in. It's extra geeky and only showing live at select movie theaters! I wouldn't feel nearly as lame for watching at home on TV. I feel like I'm getting ready to attend a star trek convention :P
I'm sure DH will be. He's throwing a big party on Sunday with a Lost theme. All the food and beverages will have Dharma logos and he's even making Oceanic boarding pass invites for everyone. He also got a receipe for "fish biscuits" which are really just cookies. Jason is nuts about Lost and I like it too, but I'm not as crazy as him! lol.
ETA: Okay I didn't read that it was being shown in theaters. I'm sure he would have told me about that if he was going so I guess not.

OK, now I'm really admitting my geekiness...DH and I were Dharma Initiative worker people for Halloween. We had jumpsuits made into costumes with dharma patches and our names embroidered on them.
Oh I thought it was going to be on the website... clearly I didn't read it very thoroughly.
Still, it sounds like it will be perfect for Lost fans so I'm sure you'll have a good time!
A couple of friends and I get together every Thursday for "girls night" where we make dinner and watch The Office and Grey's Anatomy. Over the summer, we decided to watch Lost on dvd while our shows were playing re-runs. We just barely finished season 5 before this one began! So on Sunday we're going to make island themed food for dinner to celebrate the last episode. It's going to be a lot of fun, but I'm sad for the show to end.
That sounds like a great time! I'm sad for the show to end too. I know it sounds silly, but I feel like the show has played a big part in my relationship w/ DH.
One of our friends has a jumpsuit too! He wore it for Halloween as well and again for the 1st episode of the season. Not sure if he'll wear it again for the finale.
Don't worry about your geekiness for Lost because Jason is the ultimate Lost geek. Before the start of Season 3 he made this video with a friend:

What I find really funny is that they made this video all in good fun, and some of the comments are really critical! Gosh people, lighten up!
