Wooooow. I seriously had a horrible stomach ache and felt nauseous! So much happened! I guess the writers didn't like the Mercy West people too much, huh?
It was so good but so emotionally draining. Why did Meredith have to lose the baby too? On top of everything!? Ugh.

I was on pins and needles all night....on the edge of the couch!!! I'm still reeling over that....that was the most amazing episode yet! I felt like crying the whole time!
The miscarriage was a total surpise..I didn't see that one coming... so happy that Owen finally chose Christina..was hoping Alex didn't die..poor Bailey....wonder if they're going to have her have a breakdown nest season...

I was watching it with a few friends and DH and all of us (well, the girls) were alternating between wanting to cry and wanting to throw up! It was insane. Really the best season finale ever, even better than season 2!
I was so upset that Meredith lost the baby
But I guess it sets up next season - we know their mission will be TTC. I think the most intense scene was when the shooter was in the operating room while they were operating on Derek. It was so stressful! And we all cheered when Owen yelled at the shooter that Christina was the woman he loved and that he would have to kill him first before touching her. And then went right back to biting our nails.
I was glad we have saved the Office to watch afterwards because none of us would have been able to sleep right after watching that!
Even with watching The Office afterwards I was still thinking of the episode while I was in bed. So intense!
I don't understand why Lexi was telling Alex that she would never leave when he was calling her Izzy. That didn't make sense to me! Poor Sloan loves her and Lexi has moved on.
I don't like Christina and Owen though
. I think Owen is messed up and I don't like that he loves both of the women and is constantly in turmoil over it. I think Christina would be good with Avery and they have had sparks before.
I hope Meredith and Derek TTC next season! I really hope that the miscarriage was a fluke and not some type of fertility issue. All Meredith needs is some type of medical issue saying she shouldn't be a mom - that would wreck all her healthy relationship progress!
I think she wanted him to hang in there. Him, lying on the table dying, was not the time to argue with him about who she really was lol
plus, if telling him "she" (as izzie) would never leave and help him fight through, then it helped. just because he was still in love with his exwife or just in shock and didn't know what was going on, i don't think lexie would up and leave him dying on the table.
