From talking with the Richmond American guy on the phone today, when the homes in MP open, for one week they are going to offer super low pricing... Just some FYI for you. He said they dont have exact prices yet but when I get them I can pass them along if you'd like...

Thanks! we are on a five year plan hahaha! So for us that means, get married this year, i have us on a svaings plan where we will be able to save $1,000 a month. SO by the time we go to start having little one we should if all goes to plan... which we all know it never does! haha we should have $25k in savings, so two years after that we will need to buy a bigger house when we go for LO#2
I can't wait to see the floor plans, where is the community that has similar floor plans?
I am not sure which community has the similar floor plans. Tomorrow we are looking at a totally different style house in a community by the Arts Center. There were two communities that meet what we were looking for (this one and MP) but when he said MP I basically said I wanted to wait and look there before signing anything. So we are going to do the loan paperwork with him. The guy we're working with will sell out of both places.
He emailed me the floor plans and they look pretty great. These houses will have your traditional backyard where the houses we're looking at tomorrow only have a side yard..
That is awesome! I cant wait to hear if you pick one when they are ready, and from what i hear the school in there are pretty nice

**Jenn** Where is Mountain Vista Ranch? Not sure if I've been to that one before.
The houses here are pretty nice. I like the ones by whoever didn't build my house better though, haha! I am not sure who built ours, guess I should look. Anyways, way in the back out by the rec center and even further back there are much better looking houses... The only thing I dont like about this place is it doesnt have a community pool!

Mountain Vista Ranch is right off of Greenway on the left if you were coming from your house... It is ht esignal before Reems. There is no signage on Greenway but there is on Bell. Right accross the street from Sun CIty Grand
It looks in Serria Mountain there a bunch of different style hoes, like traditional cottage looking ones and then some Spanish looking ones. BUt no community poll does stink, we don't have one here either.
