My yummy dinner!

I made something new for dinner tonight and it was super yummy so I thought I'd share.

Take 4 or 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts and lightly salt and flour them. Bake them on 350 for 30 minutes. While that is baking, mix together 1 cup apricot preserves, 1 cup PLAIN yogurt and 1 tablespoon dijon mustard. Spoon the mixture over the chicken and bake for another 10-15 minutes. When it's done, sprinkle with slivered or sliced almonds. I served it with brown rice and asparagus. SO good!!! Big Smile
