Also H's favorite is stuffed chicken (tastes the the Houlihans one)
I just mix a hidden valley ranch packet with fat free cream cheese and stuff chicken breasts with it. Then I take the chicken, dip them in egg, then pankow bread crumbs and bake a 350. It's really easy.
This is a yummy recipe I have made a few times. It is very filling and very easy to make.

I've just never thought of adding ranch to the cream cheese. I'm going to try that next time... when it's much cooler out!
