Looking to spend a weekend in July in Huntsville for our anniversary.  Needings some ideas.....  shopping, eating

What about the Westin?  Looks like a nice place to stay.

Really want to relax by the pool during the day.

We stayed at the Westin on our wedding night and it's really nice!  You would be right by the movie theater and shopping.  The Space and Rocket Center can be fun.  I personally have not been in 6 years, but there's neat exhibits and fun rides.

Do you know how nice the pool at the westin is?  What about their spa services?  Any suggestions on places to eat or any other things to do?

If you're staying at the Westin, there are lots of places at Bridgestreet.... shopping, eating, etc.  http://www.bridgestreethuntsville.com/

I haven't stayed there yet, but I will be on my wedding night (this Sunday)

You will have to let me know how it is.  Haven't booked it yet, but I keep hearing great things about the hotel and the area.  Wondering about the spa services and pool area?

Well, we're only staying there for the one night, so I'm not sure exactly how long we'll be able to take advantage of the pool/spa.  We're staying there Sunday night, then going home to finish packing, and then Monday night we're staying at the Sheraton at the airport since our flight leaves at 6:30 Tuesday morning.  I'll be sure to give some reviews.

We stayed in the Westin for our anni last year and we LOVED it. The bar is great and so is the spa. We got a couples massage that was FANTASTIC! Good luck planning your trip.
