Is disgusting. I am still nauseous from the first half hour I saw last night.
Re: PSA: District 9
Jenn, I couldn't make it that far. Once the main guy started getting sick and basically falling apart I checked out.
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
I totally agree. I LOVED it!
Eek! I can only imagine
What is the message in the movie? I tried googling it after reading your first response and didn't get any clear answers...
ETA: I didn't get to his party, last I saw was him in the bathroom playing with his fingernails
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
The film makes a very clear message about how cruel humans can be - racism, xenocide. The whole containment area, and even just calling the aliens "Prawns"...it's so sad.
You really should finish watching it. Once you really get into meeting the main alien character it's fascinating.
