Late housewarming wording

Hello everyone! I am throwing a late (meaning I moved in a while ago) housewarming party. Many relatives have not visited our house.

Any ways I've been putting it off beacuse I have never thrown a party on my own.  It'll be about 40 people. This is what I have so far in terms of evite wording:

"Our boxes are unpacked and winter has come and gone. Now our door is open to share our new home with all."

Menu is up in the air for now. It has to be substantial, mostly latino family and latino families are like Italians or Greeks there must be plenty for all.

Re: Late housewarming wording

  • Cute wording!

How about flautas w/ rice & beans?  All of it can be made the day before and then thrown in the oven the day of, so you won't be cooking or in the kitchen for the whole party.
