Re: Tarheels&rebels
Sure
"This tangy shrimp dip is better the second day after the flavors have had a chance to blend. Nanette Comer of Fulton, Miss says it's a favorite with everyone. 'I've never seen anyone who did not fall in love with it.' "
Makes 2 cups
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can tiny shrimp, drained and mashed
2 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tbsp finely chopped green bell pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
In a medium saucepan, heat tomato soup over medium heat. Add softened cream cheese and stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Place in airtight container and refrigerate overnight. Serve with Fritos.
