I got mine at BB&B.
Pier1s were horrible.
I have some from Williams-Sonoma that have held up GREAT, but they were shower gifts. I wouldn't spend that much on my own.
If you don't need them to be formal I had good luck making my own.

I like ours from world market. They are pretty colours, have a slight texture so small stains don't show and they hold up well. They are soft and on the thicker side. We also often use tea towels from ikea.
