Do you need a Realtor in Greenville? I have some friends that used a great one in Greenville (she's with Coldwell Banker Caine - like I am) and I'd love to refer you to her if you're interested. You'll probably have a little better luck than calling the signs. Just let me know!!!

Sorry to butt in but I can recommend a couple realtors NOT to go with from Coldwell Banker Caine. The company as a whole and their staff were great, and I would recommend dealing with that agency, but I would suggest you steer clear of 2 realtors there. PM me if you're interested in who to avoid.
Most likely we will need a realtor. Right now we are pursuing a house where not having a realtor will result in a better price. But should that not work out, I will definitely need some recommendations.
