Abbreviation Q's...

Hi Everyone!

I am new to the nest and to the message boards and I feel silly having to ask this...but what does DH stand for??? LOL! Is there anywhere on this site that has a list of the abbreviations so I know what everyone is talking about?

Thanks :-)

Nikki

Re: Abbreviation Q's...

  • Dear/Darling Husband - on the left at the bottom you'll see a glossary.

DD is Dear/Darling Daughter - DC child - DS son

    Mom to:
Miles (6 year old Maine C00n mix), Boots (5 year old Lab mix), Darla (4 year old GSD/Collie mix), Frankie (1.5 year old DSH mix), Peanut (15 months old - 09/11), and Bean (arriving Feb 2013).
  • Thanks so much! I love the name by the way...that Jeff Foxworthy skit is one of my favorites from the Blue Collar Comedy Tour!
  • If you go all the way to the bottom of the navigation bar on the left-hand side of this page, look for the link to "Bump Board Glossary." It's pretty all-inclusive.

    Oh, and welcome! Smile

  • Thank you so much, that definitely helps out A LOT! Your weimereiner (sp?) is absolutely beautiful by the way :-) How old? My mom has a female that's about 4 years old...she's a little skiddish, but such a sweetheart! Her and my little chihuahua are pretty much BFF if you can believe it!

Thanks for the welcome! I guess I should formally introduce myself in another post because I hear it's good message board etiquette :-)

Aww, thank you. Dixie is about two years old, and we adopted her about six months ago. Your mom's weim sounds just like mine! She's a big nervous nellie, but so sweet and so loyal. Oh and Dixie just thinks she's a chihuahua. She would sit in my lap 24/7 if I let her. Big Smile

  • That's so cute Smile It must be in their breed to have no sense of their size, lol. But in Shiloh's case (my mom's weim), I think it has something to do with being raised around dachshunds and chihuahuas! Talk about an identity crisis!

You gotta love them though [&]
